Bad Words!

So my two year old thinks it is funny to repeat anything and everything he hears! He not only has a very good vocabulary, he speaks so clearly you can understand exactly what he is trying to say. What happen to the baby babble?! Shouldn't that still be happening at 2? So mommy and daddy are not very careful with their choice of words, and lately we have been catching Noah saying some not so nice words. For example, I was vacuuming yesterday and I accidentally sucked up one of his Mickey Mouse socks. Knowing I can't use bad words anymore I said, Uh Oh, the vacuum ate your sock! I then turned off the vacuum to see if I can fetch it out, and Noah in a very husky, almost scary voice says "God Damnit Mommy!!!" I looked at him and really all I could do was laugh...totally the wrong thing to do, trust me I know because then he kept repeating it, but seriously to hear him say that just perfectly in that moment, totally what I was thinking in my head, was hilarious!! But then we had to have a talk about using nice words and that those words are Bad...he obviously doesn't understand but we are all working on using nice words around the house!!
