Confessions

A lot of my friends always say to me how lucky I am to be a stay at home mom, and it is very true I am so lucky and I really love every second of it! However, it is not always as glamorous, and amazing as everyone thinks it to be. There are days and now especially with two kids that things just don't get done. My house isn't always sparkling clean, laundry done, glam dinner on the table by 6pm with a dessert to follow, and its funny to me that so many people think this is how it is for us stay at home moms, I wish! Even though my sweet Sofia is just weeks old she has really made an impact on my daily routines...and I forgot how demanding newborn nursing was! And now getting two kids dressed and fed, and bags packed to go anywhere is taking twice as much time, and to get myself ready and try to get the house picked up and clean before we head out any where...ya right! So I guess my point would be being a stay at home mom has its moments and I would have to confess it is not always what everyone thinks it to be, but I don't think I would change anything...but maybe getting paid for all the work I do would be nice...ha!
