Friday Night

Every Friday night we usually go out to eat or grab something quick, but often we go out with my parents and papa treats us to a fun dinner out! Tonight we went to one of my favorites where the owners pretty much know us by name, the yummy China House. Before we left the house daddy and Noah had some pretty sweet snuggle/reading time and I was able to capture a pretty precious picture, the two of them are such little buddies it is pretty cute to see them together. As we are packing up to go someone knocks on our door, weird. So Ozzie gets up to answer it and of course it is a salesman trying to sell some fabulous cleaner that will clean anything anywhere. I don't even go to the door, I am too busy finishing up my arm workout that I have been trying to do every single day...and I don't really care what he is selling because my dad is the cleaning supply king and has any cleaner I could ever want, in fact he just gave me some amazing cleaner that works soooo good and Ozzie knows this because I have been on a cleaning frenzy using my new stuff. I hear them talking and the guy is working Ozzie real hard on his sales pitch and I know my husband so well that he is going to fall for it and buy it! So I walk over to see what it was all about, as I am turning the corner Ozzie is there asking me for $40! Really. The guy sees me and goes crazy, he has to show me his whole thing again and how great it works blah blah...I am not convinced but since my kind hearted husband has already agreed to buy it out of pity for the poor guy I hand him the $40 and he leaves with a big smile on his face. Now I am stuck with a cleaner that I did not want and we are late for our Friday night dinner! Love my husband but you don't have to say yes to every poor man who comes begging at our door, hopefully that $40 went to something good and not to what I think it went too.
