New Shift

Ozzie had a shift change at work. He has been on days working 6-2pm with Monday and Tuesday's off. It has been so nice having him home most of the afternoon and I have become use to those days off. Well today was his first day on a new shift, he decided to switch things up and work the vacation relief position where he takes over for who ever is out for vacation. He says it gives a lot more weekends off but so far that has not happened. He gets his schedule two weeks in advanced and the first two weeks he is working from 2-10pm with Wednesday and Thursday off the first week and Thursday/Friday off next week. UGH! It is nice that he is home in the mornings with us and can have breakfast and play with Noah but it seems like he is gone so much more not being home at night. I am at a loss for what to do for dinners since it is just Noah and I, and doing all the bedtime routine every night is going to be hard! But I know that he works hard for our family so I can stay home so I appreciate it so much, but we are going to miss having him around!! Hopefully that transfer to Vacaville is going to go thru soon...fingers crossed!
